Flexible Pricing Options- At the Virginia Neonatal Perinatal Collaborative (VNPC), we offer 4 distinct tiers for vendors to choose from, each designed to suit varying levels of engagement. 

Green $350 - Community Non-Profit Vendor (501(c)(3) Organizations Only)

Entry-level vendor option for community-based non-profit organizations. Examples include local, community, or state non-profits supporting maternal & infant dyad health. 

Included in Green tier vendor fees:

• Entry fee for 2 people to table and attend the conference
• Breakfast, lunch, and snacks included
• Ability to place materials on a 6-foot table
• A sign that must fit behind the table or, space permitting, next to the table
• Included in the opening conference slideshow as a Green Vendor

Silver $650 - Professional Organizations 

Designed for professional associations, government agencies, and state organizations seeking to engage with perinatal and neonatal/pediatrics professionals from across Virginia. 

Included in Silver tier vendor fees:

• Entry fee for 2 people to table and attend the conference
• Breakfast, lunch, and snacks included
• Ability to place materials on a 6-foot table
• A sign that must fit behind the table or, space permitting, next to the table
• Included in the opening conference slideshow as a Silver Vendor

Gold $1,150 - Corporate Organizations

Ideal for organizations promoting products, services, technology, equipment, educational resources, and other offerings relevant to maternal, infant, neonatal, and pediatric healthcare professionals. 

Included in the Gold tier are all the benefits of Green and Silver, including:

• Entry fee for 2 people to table and attend the conference
• Breakfast, lunch, and snacks included
• Ability to place materials on a 6-foot table
• A sign that must fit behind the table or, space permitting, next to the table

PLUS:

1. Logo will be displayed during each break and lunch on a slideshow.
2. Your sign may be placed in the front of the room near the stage (no larger than 48" x 83").
3. A shout-out on social media during the event.
